Primary Election: September 15, 2009 Noon - 9:00 pm

General Election: November 3, 2009 6:00 am - 9:00 pm

Legislative Seats: Districts 1-10

Village Seats

Village Clerks will certify to our office by June 3 any seats open.

Presently, only the Village of Harrisville has the county BOE run their election.

Town Seats:

All 17 Towns will have seats open as filed by the Town Clerks in their "OfficesTo Be Filled" statement. This will be filed in our office by March 3, 2009.

All town candidates must file a designating and/or independent petition to be placed on the ballot. There are NO town caucuses in Lewis County.
